The Board of Management is the management team set up to manage the school on behalf of the Patron for the benefit of the children in the school and their parents and to provide an appropriate education for each student in the school.

It is composed of two direct nominees of the patron, two parents of children enrolled in the school (one mother and one father) elected by the parents, the principal, a teacher nominee elected by the teaching staff and two community representatives. The board is accountable to the patron and the Minister for Education.
